The best most healthy natural fat, especially good for your heart.
Contains Vit. E to prevent oxidizing of Cholesterol; high on Potassium which helps lower blood pressure.

Blueberries Super Food


More than just healthy, help to optimize your bodies ability to function by supplying a mega dose of nutrients. Full of antioxidants as well of plenty of vitamin c and k. One of the best for weight-loss brings a hint of sweetness is even allowed as a snack.

My Beloved Broccoli


Impressive cruciferous green veggie. Best fighter against inflammation. Helps your bones structure, protect your eyes, improves your heart and even prevent growth of cancer. Broccoli is a serious super food upgrade.

The Cool Cauliflower



Actually is a crusiferus-carb vegie, contains vitamin c, sulfur potassium, folate and rich in fibers.

My Juicy Celery


Needless to say the Celery juice benefits list is a long list, such as alkalizing, balancing blood sugar, flushing toxins from the liver and healing gut digestive disorders. When I talk about celery I mean pure strait celery juice. Celery itself it also healthy but the benefit of pure celery juice is by fare much stronger.

Valuable Cinnamon Spice


Delicious flavor to any sweet threat. High in antioxidants and associated with lowering blood sugar and cholesterol as well as decrease inflammation. Add up to your nutritional value for a healthy breakfast.

Coconut


Coconut and coconut oil are both high in medium-chain-triglycerides, a type of beneficial fatty acids that can help support your gut due to its antioxidants bacteria-fighting properties. Also easy to digest and is able to provide immediate energy. Coconut oil is known as one of the best weight-loss food and can aid in keeping hair healthy and even prevent bone loss.

Churcumin


Curcumin is the active ingredient of turmeric. Studies find it it can help fight inflammation and stabilize blood sugar level. For better absorption be sure to pair curcumin with black pepper. Also available in capsules form.

I warmly recommend this super food to your daily routine.

This addition to your meal has a particular benefit in the mustard seeds which, contain cancer fighting compounds.

Refreshing herb addition with a bunch of health benefits such as immunity boost and powerful detox.

Pine nuts



Apart of its upgrade to any dish, Pines offer healthy benefits all over your body and immunity. Contains fat, protein, carb and fibers. They always grow wildly.

My King Salmon


Fatty fish like salmon are high in heart health omega 3 fatty acids that can slash inflammation, boost brain health and keep your heart strong. Recommended whenever possible or at least twice a week.

Sweet Potatoes


Rich of flavor vitamins and minerals, most of all brimming with vitamin A – fighting inflammation and protecting your immun system to fight off infections.

If you love fish and you can’t decide which!

Cooking fish in lemon juice acidity (instead of grilling) is a Latin American traditional process called ceviche. Never mind the fish, much more important is its freshness. I love all fish and I really didn’t know which, so for my ceviche I picked my two favorites: wild caught salmon and wild caught sea-bass.

Ingredients:

  • One big juicy lemon
  • 500-600 gr. wild caught salmon and with fish diced (each dice for a bite)
  • One thin sliced fennel
  • Some thin sliced celery
  • A little bouquet of fine cut chives
  • A little bouquet of coriander or parsley
  • One lime
  • Some Beluga lentils (as much as you like)
  • Olive oil

Directions:
Marinate the fresh fish dices in a china dish with the lemon and some salt for at least six hours in the fridge. Occasionally turn the fish around. Then drain the fish and rinse. Use a fresh dish and mix it all with the chives, fennel and celery. Add olive oil and squeeze some lime. Complete with some cooked salted lentils. Remember, you can use any fish you like.

For additional exotic high you can add a squeeze of orange.

The healthiest carb salad

If you feel for a potato salad this recipe swaps the starchy potatoes for this healthy cauliflower. It contains the healthiest cruciferous veggie is rich on other valuable nutrients. Its easy, quick to prepare and keeps you satiated long after. Can proudly be served to enjoy as a main course dish.

Ingredients:

  • One medium size cauliflower
  • Three big cooked eggs
  • Half avocado
  • Parlsey
  • Mayonese and Mustard
  • Oliveoil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Some garlic is optional

Directions:

Downsize the flowers, bleach 3min in boiled salted water. But aside to cool.
Add on top the cooked and diced eggs
Add on top two tablespoons mayonese with mustard (I love Dijonaise)
Cut an add the parley
Spice with salt & pepper and top with oliveoil
Add on top the avocado dices

By the way, leftovers for the next day will taste even better!

Make your breakfast a habit. Breakfast is still considered to be the most important meal of the day! Skipping breakfast slows your metabolism and can increase the risk of weight gain. If you are too busy for breakfast then try a smoothie. My ultimate fast food is my smoothie.

Ingriedents:

    • Grapefruit
    • Celery
    • Coriander
    • Ginger
    • Applecider vinegar
    • A date (optional for the sweet tooth)

Directions:

Peel and cut the grapefruit, add the rest and blend till smooth as possible. Make sure the color of your shake is green.

Avocado dices & Pines Salad

Pines are tasty and very nutritious. So is my favorite Avocado. This salad is so easy to prepare; you can enjoy it either, as a side dish or, as a light meal on its own. Its a light dish, though the pines and the avocado, will keep you long hours fresh and satiated.

Ingredients:

What you see in there is simple as:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 small cup of slightly roasted pines (roast in coconut butter)
  • A few small cucumbers or when big, should be seedless
  • A few small tomatoes
  • A little bouquet of parsley
  • 1 Lime
  • Fine virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

At first you dice the cucumbers and tomatoes
Add the parsley and then your lime & spices; mix well and add the oil.
At last you dice the avocado to put on top and garnish with the pines (please note to add the avocado when the salat is already mixed, so the dices kept in tact).
To enjoy immediately
